Been a while! Have been making some beakier #Murderwing heads for my kid’s #KillTeam… We had our first game in a while the other day, his Muderwing vs. my #AngelsOfDeath — ended in a glorious draw, one unit left each ❤️‍🔥 #40k #Warhammer40k #3dSculpting

Sometimes I doubt your commitment to Sparkle Motion.

Got to play some #KillTeam today – took Lucy and the Star Bastards (my Rogue Trader team) out of the house for the first time, and beat some Plague Marines by the narrowest margin possible... #SkirmishGaming #RogueTrader #Nerdlings

My #Coalescense printed great! Going to attempt to actually get some painting done today after a weekend of making things then waiting for them to print... #Malstrain #Genestealers #Necromunda #Nerdlings

My first attempt at a digital kitbash – wanted a #Coalescence for my #Malstrain gang, but not fond of the GW model, so I made my own. A mix of my own sculpting and a bunch of Nid bits by much better sculptors... #necromunda #genestealers #nerdlings #3dSculpting #kitbash

First batch of test minis for my #Malstrain #BroodScum – really happy so far, but want to get some paint on them so I can see what they really look like. Might need to dig some more detail out of the faces... #Necromunda #3dSculpting #Nerdlings

Batch 2 of the #Malstrain #BroodScum. With this batch I've tried to exaggerate features, and throw some weirder ones in there – whole point was wanting the Malstrain scum to look less like hybrids and more like a horrible DNA breakdown in progress. In the printer now! #3dSculpting #Genestealers

To my utter surprise these #BroodScum seem to have printed pretty well! Will have to find some bodies for them and get a bit of paint on to see if they're actually any good – feel like the next iteration I will follow @jonathanllinares.bsky.social advice and exaggerate the shit out of everything...

Wanted more Malstrainy heads for some Brood Scum — not done any digital sculpting before so I have zero idea if/how they will print, but that’s how we learn eh #necromunda #BroodScum #3dSculpting #genestealers #malstrain

Aaaaand that’s a wrap on Tod — who I started because I had a chance to play #Turnip28 this week, and took long enough that I totally missed it. Seems appropriate! #Folly #Skulls #MiniatureBasing #Nerdlings

My kid gifted me his Genestealer Cult Combat Patrol (from the magazines) — so obviously I built a Broodlord instead (while thinking about what my cult might look like…)

WIP for a Zorn palette themed challenge over on Fedi. Was struggling a bit with the limited palette but starting to really enjoy it now. Might repurpose it into a #Mordheim Lich... Incredible mini by @knucklebonesminis.bsky.social, of course. #fediPaint #MiniaturePainting #MiniPainting #grimdark
