September @trueachievements.com figures, fully here for that ratio 🫡 not too many completions but almost all big games so I’m fine with it! Onwards to October 🎃

Completion #160 - SOPA - Tale of the Stolen Potato 🥔 Game Pass leaver so used it as a pallet cleanser before my next proper game. It’s okayyyy, had some funny moments but glad it wasn’t any longer. Movement was a little jank and the river bit was kinda annoying.

Didn’t even mean to do it, but that’s so satisfying 🙂‍↕️

Completion #159 - Lego 2K Drive 🚗 Wouldn’t have played this but server switch off notice got me intrigued. It’s a fun game, definitely not the best Lego game but is a good open world kart-style racer. Annoyingly, it’s massively let down by it’s unreal grind once the story is done 💀

After approximately 40-45 hours of AFK rubber banding, the 6000 miles is finally done. Absolutely insane request when I finished the full story on 450 miles driven 💀

Just seen a lad on an electric scooter with a high vis, LED lights, the works. On the other side of the road a 30 something year old lad banging a flashing kids toy on the handlebars of his mobility scooter as his only form of light. The duality of man.

Getting the Death Stranding itch again, might have to go for my fourth completion soon 👀

Completion #158 - Afterparty 🍻 Great story driven game, some really fun dialogue that doesn’t take itself too seriously. The backgrounds in each area really pop too, they look cool as hell. Definitely recommend! Also fuck you @netflix.com for shutting @nightschool.bsky.social down 🖕🏻

Watching people discover soundtracks for games like Hollow Knight/Silksong and Expedition 33, is one of my favourite things 🙂‍↕️ I love seeing how they react and what it makes them feel.

What do you MEAN the DLCs for Atomfall are £17 each, that’s cold work for 4-5 hours per DLC playtime

Completion #157 - Assassins Creed Syndicate 🏭 Really doesn’t deserve the hate it gets, fantastic game. Can see where they were trying things out ready for the big changes in Origins. Good story and a decent DLC too, music is extremely fitting and love the twins 👏🏻

Also I’m not one to do this sort of thing but I’m all for supporting new ideas that are genuinely good. Signed up a few weeks back and it allows you to track your Xbox, PlayStation and Steam achievements in one place which I think is a damn fine idea 🔥 synchpulse.com/r/41z0tom

Controller died midway through The Trial on Forza Horizon 6, right as we banked into a sharp corner. To the player I took out of the race with me, I’m so sorry, at least we still won 😭

Also seeing the ‘06 Vauxhall Astra VXR in this weeks Forza update pleases me, but I wish they’d add the Corsa VXR of the same era. Doesn’t even have to be the facelift, just the ‘07 from FH4 will do, just give me it backkkkk 🙏🏻

Forza Horizon 3’s soundtrack is definitely good, Forza Horizon 5 and 6’s are insanely forgettable but Forza Horizon 4 has the SAUCE, especially Hospital Records

I let @cassabonita.bsky.social choose me 2 games from each letter of the alphabet to play, from either my backlog or games I’d started. 4th straight Assassins Creed game later and I’ve been locked IN on A for 2 months 😅 Got 1 more A after this one and then I’m moving on to B, HONEST

Watching the Apple event, and I’m reminded of being on the inbound line at work back in 2017 with the keynote on my phone, watching excitedly with my friend Rich, as the iPhone X was announced. Had no idea that memory would stick with me, but it comes to me every year. RIP mate 🖤

Completion #156 - Assassins Creed III Remastered ✊🏻 A fantastic AC game imo. New York and Boston look fantastic and the Homestead stuff is such a nice change of pace, with some fun little stories. Really like the characters throughout, parkours a little jank but it always is 🤷🏻‍♂️

Will 🦇 @saddexter.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

Solid month, was hoping to get another sneaky completion in off my Bean Dive before the end of the month but it’s got DLC I forgot existed 😅 either way, pleased with it, onwards into September!

I see were trying to combat extraction shooter fatigue by making every single game forced co-op instead

It amazes me seeing people complain “they have to buy an adaptor” for the old Guitar Hero guitars to work with the new Stage Tour game. They didn’t have to support the old tech at all but sure buy the new £115 guitar instead, do you 🤷🏻‍♂️

Update - currently on Final Fantasy I, which given the playlist is alphabetical excluding any completions after it was made, means I’m not doing too bad 😅 Lots of keepers, some removed songs and 1 fully removed game OST so far 🙂‍↕️

Will 🦇 @saddexter.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Can’t believe I hit 200k playing Assassins Creed Liberation, what a poor game 🥲 oh well, next goal 250k!

030

Will 🦇 @saddexter.bsky.social · 22/08/2026

I actually really enjoy Assassins Creed 3 for its faults, but it was a dark day when someone at Ubisoft suggested bundling it with AC Liberation, what an abysmal way to spend a Saturday that game is 💀

010

Will 🦇 @saddexter.bsky.social · 21/08/2026

Completion #155 - Assassins Creed Black Flag Resynced 🏴‍☠️ Had a shaky start as the parry system feels a little finnicky imo, but otherwise what a game! Graphically stunning, new content fit really well and I found myself completing stuff I didn’t need to do just cos 🤷🏻‍♂️

Completion #154 - Grim Fandango Remastered 💀 This was an achievement streak game until I lost the streak, it’s worth so much more than that though. Genuinely a fantastic story, funny and some clever puzzles in there. Definitely worth a play on its own merits!

Will 🦇 @saddexter.bsky.social · 19/08/2026

With the announcement that Pokemon Home will be shutting down, I’ve been meaning to check my boxes and make sure nothing is in there that I’ll lose. Finally checked and hoooly shit. 288 Pokemon made up of perfect stats, shinies, legendaries and old teammates. I was doing shit 😅

Jackdaw is complete! Glad they left this largely untouched from the original and just modernised the menus and such. Also some of the sails you can get are so sick 🏴‍☠️

People only tolerate so much passive aggressive behaviour until they've had enough and walk away. It really is that simple.

Really enjoying this atm! I’ve collectible completed every location that doesn’t need the diving bell, the Jackdaw is only missing elite upgrades remaining in shipwrecks and I’ve got more money than I know what to do with 😅 As far as remakes go, I definitely see the vision with this one
