As a Pilates Hottie, I can vouch for this. People look down on fitness classes, but it helps build endurance AND stamina. Can you hold a side plank with your hips completely off the ground and the other arm fully extended for a minute? An hour of Pilates with NO BREAKS will humble you QUICKLY.
