Bringing this wonderful story to an end with our final chapter is @saccade-writing.bsky.social! Who's up for a sapphic vampire wedding just in time for spooky season?🦷🩸 archiveofourown.org/works/915831...

Green background with a torn piece of lined notebook paper on it. The top says, "Excerpt of Chapter 6 by Saccade."

There is a yellow circle with a pen cup below to the right. To the right, it states:

What is the commotion that has been wrought upon my household?!” the Vampire Lord boomed.

Taking a closer look at him, Himiko saw that in addition to the cucumber slices and beauty mask on his face, he was wearing a silk dressing gown with a garish pattern and a pair of slippers with googly-eyed cat faces on them. Certainly, that was not the appearance she had imagined a vampire lord to have. Then again, if you had told her yesterday morning that she’d meet a beautiful vampiress who spoke exclusively in modern day slang, she would’ve laughed in disbelief. At this point, she could only expect the unexpected.

#TODOTUESDAY and an important pep talk for the coming year

Jujutsu Kaisen fanart. The shibuya arc scene where Todo rallies Yuji back from the brink of despair reimagined with Todo dramatically pulling his jacket open and telling him “despair is easy, hope is hard. And brother, I like to stay hard.”

Yuji looks up at him blood covered and perturbed from the floor and replies “Never say that to me again.”

I like a single Mahito fanart a mutual reblogged and then tumblr recommends me like five cutiepie Mahito fanarts. I'm not complaining, it's just funny.......

When I saw this trending, I was expecting to see pink cream soda-flavoured mac & cheese, rather than the other way around. I'm not sure whether the truth is better or worse than what I imagined.....

How much do you like these tropes? Enemies to lovers: 3/10 Second chance: 7/10 Fake dating: 6/10 Friends to lovers: 9/10 Age gap: 4/10 Found family: 6/10 Grumpy x sunshine: 6/10 Pregnancy: 2/10 Slow burn: 4/10 Love triangle: 7/10 I'm kind of meh on most fanfic/romance tropes 😭

My unpopular shipping dynamics opinion is that a mean top works best if you have a mean bottom. Otherwise it just feels like you are just tormenting the bottom for no reason 😔

Do you ever get so fed up with nonsense "fanon" interpretations of characters that you make your own self-indulgent equally nonsense opposing interpretations out of spite

It's fun when you support ships from pieces of media you've never touched because your friends like them and you agree that they're peak based on character wiki pages

Thinking again about how I feel like many a fujo act like their ~blorbo~ is the one guy somehow exempt from sexism and male socialization. Or that anything remotely sexist, heteronormative, or even masculine in a benign way that he does is just because he was repressing his feminine gay spirit.

I saw someone tag a dark fic with "dead dove: do not eat" but then also "this is not smut or romance". And hmm, I guess I always saw the dd tag as not just meaning "contains dark/taboo themes" but specifically "contains dark/taboo themes *without* criticism, deconstruction, condemnation etc."

Happy 20th anniversary to "Samoyed and teddy bear" on Wikimedia Commons. "This is a picture of my samoyed with a teddy bear. I release all rights to it, it would just be nice if her image could survive forever." commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Sa...

A white samoyed dog is sleeping in the lap of a large teddy bear, easily three times the size of the dog. The bear's paw is placed on the dog's back and its face is arranged looking down onto the dog.

Was looking through the "Kaminari Denki & Mineta Minoru" AO3 tag and saw multiple fics where Mineta was being homophobic towards Kaminari. So many ways one can slander the grape and yet people pick the one that's directly contradicted by official media 🙄

Izuku needs to work with Nejire on an unusual mission at a local art school, re-igniting lingering feelings. Will he be able to impress her with his heroics?

When the young pro hero arrived on the campus, he was greeted by signs announcing that the opening reception for their annual student exhibition was taking place. He felt his body shiver and his heart nearly jump out of his chest. It was probably because the March weather was still cool, and this was the highest-stakes mission he had in a while. I need to clarify—I am happy Todo is alive and well in Modulo and got to marry his waifu because that's better than what most of the cast got. But it doesn't compel me from a fic writer standpoint since she's basically a joke character removed from everyone else.

Yaoi Todo @saccade-writing.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

Going to be vulnerable again and admit that M*dulo sorta killed my will to write JJK fics. Tragically I can be a stickler for canon compliance and alas one of my faves is married to a joke character and the other's fate leaves a depressing shadow looming over any shipping content.
