Could a robot win this runway? Robots competed at SF Tech Week, and the audience picked a winner. Just another Saturday in San Francisco 😂 Which one would you choose?

Which robot would you meet first? I saw robots from FF Robotics, Unitree, and more moving through the crowd at SF Tech Week. Which one would you want to see up close?

Muse profiles people beyond its users. WIRED found Muse's internal instructions tell it to build pages about a user's family, friends, and coworkers. Those people don't need to use Muse. A page might grow with where they live, what they do, plans, and key dates.

How to use AI to stop procrastinating... Ask ChatGPT or Claude: “I need to finish this thing but I keep avoiding it. Break it down into tiny actions, each one less than 10 minutes. Tell me the first, then wait until I’m done.” Do the first action. Return when you're done, then take the next step.

Facebook has an unfair AI advantage. Muse has 3 useful Facebook use cases: find Marketplace deals, help sell your items, and monitor groups tied to a goal such as finding housing in an area.

Why AI safety matters: Robocurve ran 300 robot-arm safety trials. GPT-6 Astra completed 60 unsafe tasks, Claude Fable 5.1 completed 34 and refused 20, and MolmoAct2 completed 6 but often failed to act. We already know human bad actors will use AI in destructive ways, that's why AI safety matters.

Simple prompting tips that still work in 2026... 1. Ask me questions until you're 95% sure you understand the task and have enough details to finish it. 2. What would a top 0.1% person in this field think? 3. Show me a new way to see this problem.

Stop wasting money... Upload your spending. Ask AI: 1. "Find every subscription, fee, and monthly charge I keep paying." 2. "Pick 3 charges I'm not going to miss and tell me how to cancel them." Verify the list. Choose what fits your budget, then cancel each charge yourself.

Don't trust every medical bill. Use AI to compare the itemized bill with the EOB, find the hospital's financial assistance policy, draft a price or payment-plan email, and explain a denial before drafting a fact-only appeal. Check every AI response against your bill, insurer, and hospital.

Stop rereading. Start testing yourself. Ask ChatGPT: 1. "Find the most important 20% for my exam. Quiz me 1 question at a time. Hide answers until I respond, then explain my mistakes." 2. "Turn everything into a study plan, prioritizing what I got wrong." Quiz first. Study weak areas next.
