Yesterday, I did research on the psychological thriller. I was also able to use a real-life example for my antagonist to show what happened to him to make him this way. This adds a deeper layer to my writing. Today, I came up with the premise for a 3rd book in my horror series. #writing #reading

I am finding that writing horror is easier than a psychological thriller. Horror is written from instinct. Thrillers ask for structure and misdirection. The pacing is difficult. You don't want to rush or prolong the pacing. #horror #thrillers #writingcommunity #writing
