The FDA has approved tucatinib (TUKYSA) in combination with trastuzumab and pertuzumab as first-line maintenance treatment for adults with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer based on the Phase 3 HER2CLIMB-05 trial. Erika Hamilton, MD, presented the trial results at #SABCS25.
