Some recordings of USA 32 (#19460), whose fragmentation in LEO on 13 Sep 2026 at approximately 2113 UTC was confirmed by U.S. Space Forces–Space (S4S). By the time of the recordings, a large number of fragments had already dispersed over a wide section of the track.

Over 35 nights, we conducted more than 200 observation series from 3 stations and recorded over 35000 astrometric positions, contributing to ESA’s orbit determination efforts for the targeted re-entries.

An unfavorable orbit and a lot of Saharan dust over Central Europe made observation difficult. Nevertheless, we were able to record about 90 minutes of today's PROBA-3 pass from Switzerland. PROBA-3 CSC shows currently a repeating rotation pattern of approximately 1150 seconds.
