You can do it! I quit 12/4/21. Cold turkey. I journaled every time I got the urge. I also grabbed a glass of water. It will be a conscious decision so doubt will creep in. Also, don’t keep an “emergency” stash.

You would be correct. More often than not, our (BW) survival depends on community. We have to compete with SO many different factions, which makes competing with one another ludicrous behavior. To us, the more the merrier🤷🏽‍♀️
