all good, i figured as much! it gets used a bunch as shorthand to the point i don't really think to mention it in like, discussion of torture-as-kink scenarios, but it hit weird in the middle of a message about the character study elements of the fic

strawpage message: anon from yesterday here, i apologize for using that term in my messages!! i honestly didn't know it was outdated/inaccurate! i basically wanted to say that ryuki gaslighting himself that saito really cares for him and that everything is fine in dislocation end was really good

(aitsf spoilers) platonic eyeball fingering @ryusaidate.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

rysdt.straw.page .....!!! thank you so muchies........ i'm glad you enjoyed the game and my fic :^) the mizuki saito parallels are literally so so so important. and he is literally embarrassing about it

strawpage ask: i played aitsf recently and saito ended up being my fave, so i came across your ryusaito art and felt very compelled by the idea of this ship and your vision of these two. so i read misclaim and finished it the other day. this was one of the very few long fics i've ever read fully.

i loved how detailed of a character study this is for saito+ryuki+mizuki especially. the mizuki+saito parallels were scathing. i liked how some events in the fic parallel the ones in aini. and i love how saito successfully creates a stockholm syndrome victim out of ryuki by the end. (2/?

i think one of the things i love most about it (besides the sex/gaslighting/manipulation) is how you humanize saito. there's a few moments where you can see past his veneer of being untouchable and realize oh this is just a guy in denial about his trauma + is embarrassing about it. (3/?)

anyway this fic + your art made me like ryusaito more than possibly any other aitsf ship. the way you portray their dynamic resonates with my tastes so much. thank you for the brainrot (4/4)

portal is so good man. like i don't need to say it but it kind of is that good. just thinking about the like. portal 1 is made out of half-life and duct-tape and it is such incredible puzzle design. you can feel it as you're playing it, the like...

i really like this display name but i kind of want to change it because i feel awkward putting myself in people's notifs with it (distracted) man the ryuki in my pfp is cute. sigh. i like the brush i used for that comic but i'm neurotically random about the brushes i use..........

do not ever ever ever do something to 'prove you don't like it' ever for any reason ever. worst waste of time conceivable you would be better off watching paint dry and then lying and saying you did the thing

i've never met a story i couldn't describe. whenever someone says "i can't tell you what it's about you just have to play it" they're trying to sell you something (a video game that you could decide whether to play on its merits and genre instead of getting hyped into buying The Mystery Box)

rysdt.straw.page - smiles!!! thank you so much for reading and being so niceys :^)

strawpage ask: your writing is so absolutely fucking scrumptious the new one you just dropped is AMAZING and INCREDIBLE and your ryusaito is probably the most creative thing ive witnessed in the aistf fandom, Absolutely wonderful work & im always happy to see it

really tried and i cannot write plot about men without it turning Scary, but i need to write dudes kissing or i'll get diseases, so i'm gonna be bouncing between original work yuri and fanfiction yaoi, until i drop an anthology of radioactive tboy eroge and BApa in the same week

i had a dream i played the first part of of the devil and the main thing i know about the red girl didn't come up at all, and i was like "huh that seems like a pretty big thing to come up with on the fly is it even part of the game or is it just popular on twitter"

( deltarune chapter 5 ) there's an artform to picking meme formats that are very slightly wrong for the joke you're trying to make

the 'this is why the dog is happier' meme but the guy has a bunch of thought bubbles with flowery's face overlaid at 50% opacity, three of the thought bubbles are written out flowery voiceclips, and the other one reads "god i love spamming live stream chats especially if the streamer hasn't played deltarune". the dog is thinking "deltarune loses two stars at least if ralsei ends the game as a cis man".

strawpage ask: Hello, just wanted to thank you in the name of all insane freaks for your RyuSaito content. I absolutely love how unapologetic you are about everything (also I'm a little insane about that one specific RyuSaito with the gunplay and Ryuki riding him, thank you I owe you my life)
