Dark Superstition is cool and all, but this album is the one for me. I love Gatecreeper's crust punk / grindcore phase. The doom track at the end really grew on me too. #metalsky

Massively underrated melodic death album. Not a fan of their newer stuff, but Parasite Inc's debut album is so good. #metalsky #melodeath

I just finished The Last of Us II ahead of the release of the show... Jesus. Amazing game, devastating story. Curious to see what the mainstream public make of it...

Annoyingly I put a lump sum in late last year, first time investor. Finding it hard not to be stressed but also too stubborn to cut my losses. I don't need the money anytime soon so hoping it recovers over the next few years. 😬

Morning! Some Dispyt is getting these dishes cleaned fast. #crustpunk #metalsky

I recently discovered a hack for Super Mario 64 called Shotgun Mario 64. ...I don't think I need to explain what this is. What I will say though is that the shotgun is not just a joke. This is a super fun mod and I can definitely see myself doing a full playthrough with this. #retrogaming

Another new ...And Oceans single dropped! Based on the quality of these last 2 singles, this album might be their best work yet. Roll on May! #metalsky #blackmetal

This album is fucking nuts. I must've seriously missed the boat on this when it first came out. Crazy groovy & fun nu-metalcore. #metalsky

That is an awesome idea! I love when devs get creative with achievements like that, it's so cool.

These seem cool man, will have to give them a proper listen at some point 🤘

I know I sound like an idiot, but when a game doesn't have achievements, it genuinely disincentivises me buying / playing it. I didn't touch Satisfactory for years because I knew achievements were coming at 1.0. Yes I am a fool, but I really do enjoy earning them that much.

Love the new Sleep Token track. The djenty bit in the middle reminds me a bit of old Issues. I'm also here for the film noir sax vibes at the end. Overall this song is...well, it's more Sleep Token. That's not a bad thing. Looking forward to the album ^^ #metalsky

I've just heard about this Snow White "controversy". What the fuck is wrong with people? I cannot believe we still live in a world where people are being fucking babies about the colour of someone's skin. Unreal. Get over yourselves.

I highly recommend his other work! He has a pretty extensive discography but you can start anywhere and find something to enjoy :) My personal favourites are Blue Moon Station and Random Friday. Movements is also pretty popular!

I discovered PLF earlier, an American grindcore band I'd somehow never heard of until today. They scratch that groovy grindcore itch I always have. They're fucking sick. #metalsky #grindcore

Gaming has strayed too far from what it once was. We need to go back to our roots. Bring back big head modes and cheat codes that unlock silly costumes

Novocaine looks fun. I'm a sucker for action movies as long as the action itself is well shot. I also like gore. What's #filmsky saying? Any good?

Jesus fucking christ. I'm only just getting to playing Last of Us 2 and I finished the intro earlier. ...I was not expecting that. Honestly the most heartbreaking moment I've ever had in a game. Curious to see how the public reacts to S2 of the show if they go the same way that early on.

I had no idea most of their albums used a drum machine 😲

This is unexpected! I remember their previous record being very thrashy. Looking forward to giving this a shot at some point.

Maybe they still are my favourite band tbh

He Is Legend was my favourite band for a long, long time. I still have so much reverence for them. Heavy Fruit, in my opinion, is a hugely underrated record. Following up It Hates You was never going to be easy, but this album rules. It doesn't top it's predecessor, but it's still sick. #metalsky

#1 I learned yesterday that Finntroll & ...And Oceans share the same vocalist (Mathias Lillmåns AKA Vreth). #2 This led me to check out another one of his bands, Dispyt. This shit fucking rips; Finnish death metal with a strong crust punk influence. Enjoy! www.youtube.com/watch?v=RfZn...

If you're looking for the worst lyrics imaginable, stick a generic YouTube house playlist on. You will not be disappointed.

I'm waiting in the barbers and some generic tropical house song has come on. The main hook features the lyrics "let's keep dancing on the broken glass". ...did they take inspiration from Cannibal Corpse or something? What the fuck man.

Killswitch Engage's new album is solid. I think the internet is overhyping it a *little*, but they have crafted some solid metalcore here. I will say that Jesse sounds better than ever and his vocal performance on this album is outstanding! #metalsky #metalcore #killswitchengage

Only just gotten around to listening to this. I was not expecting them to revisit their industrial sound but this is a fucking incredible blend of sounds. If the rest of the album sounds like this I'm totally cool with it 🤘 #metalsky #blackmetalsky www.youtube.com/watch?v=iefv...
