I've been collecting a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh cards. Most recently I got Quarter-Century Secret Rare copies of the OG art normal monsters. I'm basically that Blue-Eyes tinder profile guy now.

I guess I'm kinda using Bsky as a replacement for Twitter circles since they removed that feature lmao But man, I don't know why I keep trying so hard for some people

Thanks to the CB commute (and all of the out-of-town tournaments over the last two months), I have driven almost 5000 miles (8000 kilometres) since the last maintenance in March. I think the next service will be due a lot earlier than September 😅

Keeping my ELO just high enough to make @tripieaaa.bsky.social want to keep playing, that's how this works right?

Ryu Housen @ryuhousen.bsky.social · 12/04/2025

3rd TG in NA, actually first page on the leaderboards for once 🫠 if there's any advice, do not play this game at 4 AM like I did last night LMAO

Gas hit 122.9 cents/L for the first time in like 5 years 😭

Still #3 in ELO, lucky #13 in ranked points with 130k🫠

Ryu Housen @ryuhousen.bsky.social · 25/03/2025

Twitter is absolutely chaotic. Think everyone needs a break from dooming about Tekken for the 80 billionth time.

Ryu Housen @ryuhousen.bsky.social · 20/03/2025

Actually started playing ranked with Paul for the first time in a while. The goal is to reach the #1 spot so people know what's up :)

It's stripped bare at the moment, but after an *extremely* silly mistake (guaranteed with a Ryu PC build) I've got one of the fastest all AMD PCs out there. R9 9950X3D, RX 7900 XTX, and running DDR5-7200 CL 34 RAM... At that speed, of course. Didn't even need to reinstall Windows!

I never want to hear any downplaying with these characters ever again

Went back to the Gravity buttons. Much quieter and easier to manage than the screwbuttons, especially in this layout where the holes are too close together.

Getting my new desk tomorrow. Hopefully it'll allow me to set up my PC and monitors again. This laptop life on a tiny ass circular table is dreadful.

I came out of Perfect Storm unscathed. But yet again I am foiled by one man. Faqing Xiaoyu

For all the other characters I've tried so hard to get to GoD and consistently fallen short (almost to the point of comedy...) I have finally redeemed them.

I don't really talk a lot about what I want for Christmas often. I figure I don't actually like receiving gifts? I always think about things that I want as if I will always buy them at some point, and what I would truly want for Christmas isn't something you can just buy.

Damn... Bleach was good this week. I still can't believe we are blessed with such a good adaptation. The same heartstrings are pulled again 8 years later.

As good with directions as I am, I don't think I'd find a way to anyone's heart if I had a map, compass, and flashing neon signs telling me where to go 🥲
