Instead I just get this thing open (but not focused?) and it doesn't even focus the first window so I can't use the shortcut to switch windows of the same application I refuse to use the hell that is alt-tabbing with its inconsistent (to me) ordering of windows I just want to go to thing directly

Losing some weight would be good too, but I don't really care about specific numbers, as long as I'm reasonably healthy. I should be less than 200 lbs, and am currently just over 250 That being said I've lost close to 10 pounds since I've started, so getting better
