Then, catch me signing at The Comic Bug on 7/22 & Pulp Fiction Culver City on 7/25! I frequented both of these stores during my college internship, so it feels extra special to return with my own comic in-hand! See you there!

Everything I love about Stark/Westlake’s PARKER Books captured in two lines

"Why don't you fight like a man!"
Parker shot him in the back of the head.

Sometimes a cover drops that reminds you that, despite the comparatively low wages and quick turnaround, comic creators still make some of the most beautiful art ever created by human hands.

Playstation Spider-Man 2 had a lot of impactful moments, but the one that stuck with me didn’t happen during the game. It was seeing Steve Ditko & Stan Lee’s names relegated to a “Special Thanks” section in the credits, right next to The Walt Disney Consumer Products Team.

Screenshot of a vertical text scroll of credits. The names listed are:
SOFIA FINAMORE
STAN LEE

Trying to follow the positive bluesky attitude and talk more about stuff I like. So i’ll just say RARE FLAVOURS is wickedly good.

The cover to Rare Flavours #1, drawn by Filipe Andrade. On it, a Large Man wearing a hat and tiny glasses grins at the reader. He smokes a cigar while holding a glass speckled with blood.
