That is what some are interpreting his buffoonish inarticulate statement as, and it's tiring, because what we all know about Trump is he thinks everyone should be GRATEFUL, he was angling for "how'd you like it if LA or SD was wiped out? Inflation is a small price to pay! THANK me!"
