I think you'll et a lot more out of favoring the pose right before the flick releases more, and then having the wrist swing back with the weight of the finger. (also, small vfx flourishes can help sell specific location or path of the flick, but can't really sell the motion by themselves)

Just finished Skin Deep by @blendogames.bsky.social, @binarypartitioned.space et al. Constantly funny and personal and interesting to play with. If you like immersive sims and humor, or just want to play something different, check it out! 😺🚀🏴‍☠️ Has the probably the best post game credits sequence :3

Just finished #MetalGarden. Delightful little shooter. More like this please. It could have been 4x as long and I wouldn't have gotten bored of the sights, but I'm to do the rest of the wandering in my own thoughts.

#ufo50 is so good. my favorite game so far is Mooncat! The controls are bad and good and weird and I love them.

a perfect album that came out when I was 21 (and I think my first digital album purchase)

I helped a little turtle I found upside down in the path today while walking through the park in hiroo. they were returned to the banks of the nearby babbling brook

screencaps from my first run of Touhou 7 - Perfect Cherry Blossom 2003. I feel like I still don't quite know what all the buttons do, but I'm here in the land of the dead trading dakka with youkai anime girls who have been stealing the warmth of spring, and I'm doing my best

I still have such a soft spot in my heart for CLAMP, but lately I've really enjoyed battan's art like in "run away with me girl" / "kakeochi garu"

they really look to be good people to support! and looking at their page I was surprised and honored to see our book among their list of upcoming releases 🥹 if you are planning to get a copy, consider buying from them ♥️

Breath of Fire just jumped a bunch of points in my estimation because the windmill has an actual fucking mill in it! an incredible rarity. usually windmills or waterwheels are just spinning pointlessly like a diesel engine idling in a grassy field.

screenshot of breath of fire 1 for gba inside a windmill in the town of Winlan. there is a small grain mill being driven by wooden gears.
