Not sure the last time I got a book the day it came out, but had to grab this one. Took the fine B&N staff a minute to track it down in store, which seems very much in the spirit of Thursday Next. Socialist Republic of Wales forever.

Fandango is an easy target at this point. But well over 100,000 of my fellow tech workers have been laid off this year and look at this shit. One of the top sports leagues in the world. Week 3! They’ll probably have AI “fix” it so they can charge $50 a month subscriptions.

There’s so many great choices over the years, but it’s gotta be the Unstoppable Detroit City tifo

Getting caught up from yesterday, and any idea why money was all over the pitch in the Bochum-Osnabrück match? As opposed to a regular match when the money in football is a little more subtle.
