good day at the track, picked up 2/1/1 finishes helps to only have 3 racers in m4/5, one of whom was racing for the first time? but still feel good about outracing some masters too 😂 (5/1/1? on the overall w all the racers in the B group, which was masters, woman [singular sadly], and men’s 4/5)

i already bought my buzz rickson x william gibson ma-1 (from pattern recognition, but postdates that bc BR didn't actually make it in black as that wasn't an authentic color, then after the book came out they collaborated w/ gibson on it bc they got slammed with requests for the nonexistent black)

a black ma-1 jacket by buzz rickson (old school repro clothing maker) in collaboration with william gibson after he mentioned an all black one in his novel Pattern Recognition but they didn't actually make one so Buzz Rickson kept getting calls from people trying to buy it and they were so confused until finally someone explained why and they were like dope let's collaborate on making one.
