I don't think more strikes will do the trick this line of thinking is probably related to Iran really ramping up strikes on shipping recently. There were 20 UKMTO reports of ships being struck with projectiles in the Strait of Hormuz in Sept. and there have been 12 in the first week of Oct.

The "Hormuz Letter" is unreliable to say the least. I wouldn't take any attack reported by them as fact until it's been verified by someone else. Just today I saw them recently claim "it is likely" that Iran bombed an oil and gas field in the UAE because satellite data detected a large fire...
