Ruusaan Miit’ad has always found himself at home among rocky terrain and dry grasses. A rocky clime with the grasslands stretched out below, a natural seat where many have likely perched before. The dry air is a comfort in the heat and though his lungs burn, he has not felt so at home in a long time.

In honor of the 6th anniversary of Star Wars Celebration Chicago today, a reminder of this story… A young girl named Harley Ignacio delivered Death Star plans to every Leia she saw at Celebration. Harley left her final copy of Death Star plans at a memorial for Carrie Fisher 🥺

It's #MandoMonday! I love details. They really make a costume feel lived in and real. These are some of my favorite details from my Mandalorian kit. What kind of small touches do you like to add to your costumes? #Mando #Mandalorian #StarWars #Cosplay #Cherokee #Tsalagi #RedbirdTrade

#ferrixfriday is the phrase we use to remember the spark of rebellion. Sometimes we have to keep to the shadows, but now that time is coming to an end. Fight the empire! #burgundysquadron #starwars #fighttheempire

I remember a couple years ago I was dreaming for the future. Solarpunk, trains, food forests, makerspaces Now I’m mostly just thinking about how to stop a complete fall into fascism and that really sucks actually

I am a woman in the sense that I’ve been one for enough of my life that if you start saying things about our interests being fake I’m pissed and I feel weird in male dominated spaces, but if you call me one it makes me feel icky because I’m not actually a woman I’m just a silly pretty lil guy

If you’re really missing Halloween because you got to dress the way you want without those closest to you judging you, you need better friends. Good friends don’t tear you down for dressing outlandishly 💕

custom mando cosplayers are not much different from fursuiters we just have better media coverage and people really should understand this. Like we’re all running around in inconvenient toasty costumes, we love personalized stickers of our sonas, and get yelled at for taking off our buckets/heads
