One of the first books I remember reading. An evolution story – how globs became human. Loved that I could put the memory of “drifting to and fro in the tide of the early sea” into the revision of my soon to be book, Long Ago in the Twentieth Century, coming from Grid Books next year. bit.ly/4hMBUH3
