No brush pens during inktober? This is artist discrimination

I walked through japanese rain for over half an hour to reach an art supply shop and it was closed... no brush pen today 😭

Huehueheu drawing from the hotel, we already got home and passed out for a couple hours at 6- seems our jet lag isn't fixed just yet XD We need to go to hakone tomorrow, shinjuku might be a bit of a detour but perhaps we can make it... I think time will be against us tomorrow

I embarrassed myself by saying "tanoshimini" when leaving a cafe rather than "tanoshikatta" but I got a well natured laugh and otherwise day 1 in japan has gone well! 💖

Have a frame from a scrapped/cut shot. I'm really proud of the perspective, and definitely not anything else, like how he looks like he's on a fucking dakimakura

It will be done after japan, sowwy. Thing I haven't talked about apart from in mentioning and one funny frame, which nobody is anticipating cus I have 3 other wips I've mentioned but haven't finished- This isn't a cry for help. Simply fact.

Is it a bad idea to ask what people recommend I do in Tokyo on the internet or does that dox myself somehow? hgjkdfjh I don't care who's finding me in tokyo.

"I fly to japan in 2 days. Don't start anything big." vs. "I could get this done before I go." I've given myself so much stress and for what- if it's done after japan it's done after japan.

Normal, well adjusted man. Regular, average digital thing.

Caine with his hands braced against the edge of the camera, mouth curved in an "oo" shape, eyeballs bouncing out of his mouth, body and legs splayed and curved far back at an extreme perspective. I was channelling daffy duck with this one.

The animation is what keeps drawing me back to these movies, that's why the bf WILL watch them with me 🤣

Rusty @rustnuttie.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

I.... didn't even know there was a 4th one hfjhkfjhgkdf. I'll watch 2, but 3 is the one dracula's silly dance comes from... might just watch it to see my favourite dance in context 🤣 whoever is in charge of animating him freaking loves dances.

Found out the bf has never seen Hotel Transylvania. I only saw the first one, and I thought it was really cute and the animation is really really lovely. I've never seen 2 and 3- are they worth watching too? And I think the only bar is "will they make me laugh" tbh. As long as they're fun.

It was the streaming bubble that caused Jellyfish to shut down, and a few other uk based companies all from '23 to now. You're right, streaming services is the main reason. Along with overpromising budgets/money during covid and then retracting all that funding afterwards.
