Doggo had his first trip to the pub.
A tall, black greyhound dressed in a full-length patterned grey, blue, and white fleece coat and a brown harness. The dog is standing on artificial grass on a wooden balcony, propping its front paws up on the railing to gaze down at a quiet street intersection lined with storefronts, parked cars, and hillside houses.

Taught him to do the dishes.
A large greyhound stands fully upright on its back legs in the center of a kitchen. Facing away from the camera, the dog rests its front paws on the kitchen counter, gazing directly out a large window covered by white horizontal blinds. The kitchen features dark blue cabinetry, light grey countertops, a cream tile floor, an espresso machine on the counter, and a small potted fern on an upper wall shelf.

Some cities are actively pursuing growth. Others are stuck in a state of managed decline, merely cutting costs for loud existing homeowners while doing nothing to build for the future. I'm increasingly worried that Wellington is irrevocably stuck in the second category.
