I've been dragging my feet but finally set up gufo yesterday. I did run into a few errors when driving it using GitHub Copilot and had had zero issues with using it with Unsloth (response stream cut off). The speed up however is nice

Maybe I should try it again. I'd tried posman a little over a year ago and ran into tooling that just couldn't use it. Couldn't debug into it from visual studio for example

This is the great question. It should be performant and compiled. There has been A LOT of re-writing going on with Typescript moving to Go and a lot of other tools moving to Rust and seeing a 10X improvement on speed.

It feels that the SLC Tribune doesn't have many articles about the sheer numbers of us that have left religion completely and still caters to the religious.

JavaScript isn't the end answer especially as we move to a point where we can generate more code.

I found it interesting at the last olympics in the marathon the americans held a small ice pouch in their left hands to cool them down as they ran

Went for a 15 mile run before work today, it's been a bit since I've not been coaching and got some vert in mid week. #trailrunning

We need to see this in the US, they are too addictive for us and should be kept form all kids, not just kids under 13. 16 or 18 should be norm

The math is pretty simple as it's 4 calories per gram of carbohydrate

Overall I agree but Ram can't stay this high, someone new will enter the market eventually.

200ish calories is my max. After 9ish hours or so and if I go over that the stomach revolts. 400 calories is pretty rare but even a decade ago there were a number of people that would do 300 calories an hour

It's a bit crazy seeing it go up this fast. I keep thinking eventually the price has to drop out the bottom but it just goes up

What's crazy to me is that I basically bought this exact same machine last year for $1800. AI Max chip, 128GB of memory. Now it's double the price #inflation #trumpflation #ai #aihype www.tomshardware.com/desktops/min...

Would love to see the data better teased out. Like lifting 2 hours alone gets you a XX% boost in life, cardio alone for 2hours gives you XX%. Cardio and Lifting for an hour each gives you XX%

Seems that has Minimax, Spec wise I'd think M3 would be a good bang for your buck

Strava seems to get a little worse every year. I had tried to create an App that used the Strava API at one point so I could track the progress of the team I coach but found the API too locked down. Now with the API fully removed I feel like the community deserves better #strava #stravasucks

I think this is a PR stunt and doesn't move the needle. There was something similar to this calling for no new water rights back in 2023 but we're learning that the specific area proposed was carved out from that.

Bret @runxc1.bsky.social · 30/05/2026
They don't have water rights yet. They have applied twice and then removed their application each time

Utah hasn't approved it, I'm not hopeful that it'll be stopped but they don't have water rights yet

I've been using GitHub Copilot for months now and the cost is going to go up 4x starting on Monday. At the same time I've seen some of the open source costs get cut by 50%. The associated costs seem to vary wildly
