When I was In a union they took my money and got awful employees their jobs back. I also got a 42 cent raise spread over 2 years after they let our insurance go up. Net loss by far.

Food deserts are areas that don't have a grocery store within a mile in cities and a little further in rural areas. Only 19 million of 350 million people fall into this category. I technically fall into this category because Walmart is 2.5 miles away. Delivery is 12.95 a month.

Nonsense. 2lb bag of stir fry vegetables is $2.54 at Walmart. Eating high carb garbage makes you more hungry. Protein make you feel full for longer so you eat less. I spend less eating healthy. When I was 70 lbs overweight. I spent more and ate more.
