Funniest situation at the LiSA concert was that not far from our group, there was another person wearing my KING shirt 😂 They complimented Sanji on his own KING shirt while I was away. Would've loved to say hi but there were too many people between us~ :'3

Tfw you bring your straightener to the office cuz you know your hair wouldn’t survive a second in this humidity, no matter how much you straightened it beforehand… ... only to realize there isn’t a single outlet in any of the bathrooms. Guess I’m going in blind! 💀

I tried it for a couple months because I wanted to find out exactly that, but I really didn't notice any change for the better other than that your replies are shown higher up under other people's posts. I'd assume most use it for the QOL perks? But I honestly don't know... _(:'3

Quite on the contrary even, it actually punishes you with lower visibility everytime you change your PFP or display name because it needs to "reevaluate your account"

I have the cheapest plan atm (mostly for longer tweets and to have bookmark folders) and used to have the plan that gives you a stupid fancy checkmark, and I can confidently say it really doesn't do much 😭

And SOMETIMES, on rare occasions, a random post that does ok on twitter suddenly goes through the roof over here for absolutely no apparent reason (other than the fact that there's no mf algorithm blocking my reach)

ngl numbers are so random sometimes... I have less than 1/5 of the followers here i have on twitter but unless it's a super popular thing, likes are pretty much on-par for me across both platforms lately.

Yeah I totally get what you mean, though it's not *as* bad for me with games. It bothers me more when something is overly popular with normies who otherwise have no connection whatsoever to this kind of thing. Like the TCG hype or how everyone and their dog is now into anime but also not really lol

010

Runeko 🏮 るねこ @runeko.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

because I wanted to be *different* and *unique* lmao (needless to say I always got bullied)

Runeko 🏮 るねこ @runeko.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

This also kinda reminded me of how my niece recently said that trends just have to be followed and you need to join in to be part of the "cool kids". Meanwhile i've always been the opposite 😂 Once something got too popular, I didn't want to be part of it anymore

Runeko 🏮 るねこ @runeko.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

Do you ever buy something because you think it's cute or suits your style, but after a while you realize that it seems to have become a trend and everyone and their dog is walking around with the same item.... so you just... lowkey don't want to wear it anymore? lol

Yeah I just checked again and it's been around since April? A lot were shared on my discord back then But yeah, recently it really exploded. And the worst part is you click one and then your For You page shows you nothing else anymore.... Back then they were really well done, now it's just slop...

this is actually my first time hearing it can be done with AI but I guess it's not surprising?? When the first of these images made their round on twitter, there were tutorials on how to do this in art programs like CSP (probably because AI had yet to learn it back then lol)

I'm stuck in a weird limbo between "I wanna keep giving something back to my community" and "I wanna finish off all reward illustrations and then never do that sort of stuff ever again" and idk how to get out of this... 🫠
