My oldest cat, Ender, (11.5 yrs) has been diagnosed with aggressive jaw cancer. The surgery to remove 2/3 of his jaw isn’t an option that I think he wants and likely wouldn’t be helpful. Waiting to hear if radiation would be helpful. I’m a mess right now. I’m going to lose my boy. #cat #fuckcancer

My Peak Challenge 2025 is kicking off with an 8 week fitness challenge bracketed by 2 fitness tests done before and after. This worked out well for my schedule as I was able to do both fitness tests today and can start with week 1 session 1 on Sunday which is my usual start to a workout week.
