Of course, things change and IMO food today is nowhere near as good as years ago, but if you're in Toronto, try St. Lawrence Market for peameal. Look for something similar to the photo - this is how they looked and hopefully still do. Or buy in a supermarket and roast it. PS. Add mustard!
