Oooh man. I haven't been fully keeping up with anything but it seems like the Moderation team or safety w/e team is burning many bridges with majority of the JP community. Can't really speak for any side but what's been shown to me is that whomever is wielding power is doing a terrible job.

Steam frame gets a good grade from me as long as you have the Ergonomic kit. Need to wait for Resonite to get bindings for it and tie in the eye tracking to work natively. It might already have it but I've yet to start it up yet. I don't plan on using it wireless. It's plugged in and PC streamed.

I've found that I dislike VR trailers or videos where people just go "Look at my hands!" They don't even need to say it, they just do the gesture for it. You know the one. "Mod for game with motion controls!" -Does hand gesture-

I'd be cool to just have it be active upon entering the world and then I can set up some sort of mini storyboard of users coming into power. Even do a little tutorial. However for security reasons I can also see the downside of having it active without the user having to do anything.

Maybe that's better lol. I was thinking that when the local user is at a specific velocity, you would have a bunch of vertices tied to an empty object that you could put a smooth transform on. It would kind of look funky. Would clip a lot I think.

Wonder how hard it would be to have your vertices get pulled on your model when at high speeds in Resonite. I don't know the proper terminology for it. It almost seems like a smear frame. Wonder if that's too much of a performance nightmare though since it'd be on a model with IK.

We struggled on how to make it slightly arcadey so it was nicer for first timers. Before it was 1000% helicopter and it was a struggle for those like me to do anything with precision. Was an interesting dare for us.

With people barely reading world instructions to begin with, add a layer of how I see basic consumers. I would never change my settings for any world on any platform. Ever. If it doesn't look good with my settings, then the world needs to have settings that adjust stuff in the world.

If I change my personal settings, then what I see is not what everyone else sees in the world. So it's counter productive. I'm trying to create things from vanilla settings or stuff I can change in world. I wish more shape settings were on light sources themselves

Wonder if we'll have any solution for shadows cutting off in the distance for big maps in #Resonite. One reason I really dislike making maps with a sun with shadows on is that shadows get cut off. I'm sure there is some technical thing going on for this but some sort of hacky fix would be lovely.
