made a little #dataviz project called "Bumpy Ride": I rode the bus today and tried drawing a series of straight lines on a piece of paper.. this is about 40 minutes worth of the bus ride and you can visualize how bumpy it was by how irregular the lines are 🙂

one good thing that might come from the RAM price increases is that *hopefully* we might start getting more optimized software and hardware that runs better with lower memory 🙏 Apple has been doing this with their M chips that run fairly well on 8Gbs of RAM

a few days ago a young bird died on my porch... we was just standing still, I left him alone because usually the parents are around and will feed young birds that left the nest too soon, but I came back an hour later and he was dead... rest in peace little one
