There is ACA fraud by Insurance companies who enroll unwitting people then the ins. co. collects the much larger subsidy from the government. Some don't even realize they have the insurance and never use it despite paying that little premium monthly. I'm licensed in GA & been approached by recruiter

Right. If this fraud is happening it is being perpetuated by insurance companies. I'm in insurance in GA and no shortage of recruiters looking for people with health insurance licenses to work calls and sign people up for ACA. Many may not even realize what they are signing up for.

The fraud here is not an insurance company collecting premiums for non-existent people but rather collecting the usually much larger subsidy from the government. So if you invent a person and pay the smaller premium you keep the balance of the subsidy.

Tthis workforce is the most educated skilled and best managed. It is no excuse to diminish the pay of workers because automation makes things more productive. Automation is usually sold to the workforce as a way to make your life easier and the company more profitable raising wages. Not lowering.
