i also had more generalized thoughts with both images abt what gestures get ignored when they dont have a clean flow & feeling my eyes not following the arrows drawn (even if in small ways), & when+why faces/eyes/expressions dont get factored into the path but i know every1 reads differently!

i get that she only knows a life where every1 tells her to find love so ofc thats her 1 thought but u had a lot of charas she could have built stronger relationships with for growth! her desire to live life & explore the world was barely developed & needed some stronger threads if THAT was the show

i dont disagree with anyones disappointment with goodbye laras ending but i think i still liked the show overall i think if the story was actually about lara breaking out of a life of expectations and societal norms (however you want to view that), i think they could have set that up BETTER

i might be "old man yells at cloud" abt it but i hate what AA vloggers have done to events (even the idea of some1 proxying should be banned imo) i like the idea of doujin events being focused on ppls individual voices & storytelling, it feels like its part of a punk movement which ive always loved

its one of my all time faves! my comic LOML would be up your alley if you're looking for something similar 👀 ok but for real i havent found anything that hits all the same notes so it depends which aspects u like abt the manga, but the mangaka has endorsed sumire-chan which is #1 on my list
