asus this is an awfully suggestive form for a router
a picture of an asus 'blue cave' wireless router, it is a white cube textured with holes, with a hole in the middle that is blue. along the bottom it has a fairly typical assortment of ports and buttons; power, factory reset, usb, 5 ethernet ports and a wps switch

also when i crank the 1 amp 120mm fan i just put in to max and just let it run eventually a hilarious temperature differential develops
screenshot of amdgpu temperatures as output by 'sensors' on linux, showing a 5-15 degree temperature differential between the two gpu cores on my radeon v340

i'm so glad they made this usb sound card out of translucent plastic so that i could see the uncleaned flux and the absolute worst looking epoxy blob i have ever seen on a cheap device
the bottom of a usb sound card, showing a really fucked up looking squareish chip blob, and very obvious uncleaned flux on the audio connectors

okay here is the benchmark of a linux file storage gadget on a tmpfs-backed disk image. slight increase in read speed but the write speed went way up. that makes sense since i know the internal mmc is rated at like 400MB/s read speed or something like that but […] [Original post on tech.lgbt]
gnome disks benchmark of "Linux File-Stor Gadget" showing ~250 megabyte per second read and write speed

also, the most confusing possible way of saying "you can't display the same output twice using picture-in/by-picture"
a table labeled with two axes, "main window" and "sub-window" and the four outputs of the monitor (dp, mini dp, and two hdmi inputs). there's a check inside all of the boxes, except for the straight diagonal where duplicate outputs meet in the table, which have Xes in them. basically what the post says: a confusing way to say you can't display the same output twice with pbp/pip
