Watched Coyote VS Acme and the cinema was COMPLETELY full. Hope that is the case for other cinemas as well, cause I’m happy toast that it was really solid with a fair amount of fun and creative moments! It is scary how well the context of the entire shelving scandal works in its favor.

I find it so incredibly fascinating during my current animation’s aesthetic course how often, of all movies, freaking Final Fantasy The Spirits Within gets mentioned. I get why. But also. Why?… There are so many other movies/shows/media that are 100 times more uncanny. Spirits ain’t even THAT bad.

It is bad, but not as horrendous as some make it out to be, in my definitely objective opinion :^)

Having watched them both now, DAMN Spider-Noir has SO much more spice than Brand New Day!!! Spider-Day was perfectly fine, but it was sorely lacking in terms of a distinct style/personality. Meanwhile Spider-Noir really triumphs with an actual vision outside of it being just another Spidey movie.

I was not disappointed as it was really great! ✨😌 The vibe and style of it all was something that I vastly prefer over Hamilton, the story was solid, the characters were charming and the songs slapped hard! Maybe a bit too overwhelming at points with some songs, but still powerfull and swingy!

The musical was some real great stuff tho! ^^ I still do not really vibe with the story all too much so everything doesn’t connect all with much to me, but the songs, choreography and performances were all still bombastic and fun, so it was overall an enjoyable watch! ✨👍 George is silly :))

It might not have been suited for the big screen in all areas, mostly sound mixing wise where I don't think that some songs or sound effects were supposed to be that loud, but the Amazing Digital Circus finale was really dang good and fitting imo. They made sex real! And gay people too! Horray!
