mega man 1 and 2: these sure are old games, idk what else to say but they are pretty fun if not frustrating at points, still pretty good 7/10 for both

Resident Evil (2026): thank god this was like fallout, taking the setting of a game series and telling its own story within that world, it plays out like a resident evil game and i absolutely love the action and set pieces, liked the ending a lot compared to how some did 8/10

Transformers The Movie (rewatch) SAW THIS IN THEATERS AND FUCK YES. Look I love this movie I do not give a shit that its a bad story with bad pacing its fucking pretty and the soundtrack is amazing. I can be quite pretentious but this movie never fails to pierce all my barriers. 10/10 in my heart

Ultimately don't take much stock in this thread I am just annoyed that I feel like I have to be constantly lowering my enthusiasm to go see the movie in theaters friday because if I'm too vocal about enjoying the kids franchise people HAVE to remind me that its bad

I do infact wish people were overall smarter with the media they consume but also like it is okay to say the dumb robot series has elements that are good without bringing up everything wrong with it every single time, this is why I've become less of a vocal prime hater cause who the fuck cares man

This is mostly me bitching about the tftm rerelease like I sometimes just don't get people who have to put down the thing they clearly like instead of just being a bit more earnest. Like ultimately I'm a very earnest person who values forming my own thoughts and feelings to the highest degree

Or anything else for that matter its this kind of attitude that I just find tiring, like yes sometimes I like dumb goo goo ga ga shows as well as watching art house bullshit I do not need to back hand the kids show every time I say something positive about it

Gonna complain about something specific that's just been grinding my gears but I hate in transformers fandom this constant need to remind people that most of transformers is not high art or can a girl just earnestly say she likes the g1 cartoon without having to elaborate that its bad-

Doodle featuring Zoe Monster Prom and Aaravi Mishra on formal wear talking to each other. Based off a meme that reads as follows:

Zoe while smoking a cigarette: You weren't even born when I destroyed my first universe, isn't that crazy?

Aaravi: Can yuo *hic* put that out on me? please, please, please....

Excellent time to support your local library.

Gwenpool from 2018 looking bummed and talking to future Gwenpool in the white space.

Gwen: But that is my timeline and it is ending...

Future Gwen: No, see, you still have an outsider's perspective. This moment right here? It's not just happening in February 2018, when Gwenpool #25 comes out. It's happening in June 2019 in the trade. And it's happening in September of 2025 when someone finds this in a library. And later. And later. And later.

Gwenpool relaxing on some comic borders with a sharpened candy cane sword, a short sleeved sweated bunched up under her boobs, her costume underneath unziped down to her crotch and her boots, smiling and saying "Alright nerds. Aint comics without a little cheesecake. Just remember it's 90s Rogue rules. You can look but touch and I'll gut you."
