Picked up a packet of tea samples at DragonCon this year from @dryadtea.bsky.social; today has been cool, foggy and cloudy so we're trying the Moonbeam Inn blend from their DM selection. It smells divine as I await for it.

A messy desk with a tea cup that looks like a minecraft TNT block, a chained d20 steeper hangs on the edge. Near by is a megablocks Bulbasaur on a pokeball. The desk is black but lined with a floral edge from washi tape.

The only ice we support is iced tea. I want to be clear about that. I can’t afford to shut down for the boycott tomorrow. The economy and tariffs have hurt us (much like everyone else). We're one bad day away from not being able to pay shop rent. There are two of us here at Dryad Tea. (1/2)

Being in this timeline as a small business owner is not the adventure I signed up for. But it’s the timeline I’m in. So I’m going to use my voice however I can. Even if it shakes, even if I’m afraid. (Also. Call your Senators!)

"Rolled the dice" by getting myself a scoop of dice from @dryadtea.bsky.social, VERY impressed. Some of the best tea, and now I can say some of the best dice too! #tea #teasky #dice #dnd #scoopofdice

An order from Dryad Tea. A giant green bag filled with various dice - different shapes and sizes - along with a tea infuser and some bonus items: set of black and pink dice and some Sugar Fae's Treat tea. A quarter is used for size reference.

Today's blend is Stay Safe, Stay Awake by @dryadtea.bsky.social. it has all of my favorite flavors of Black tea, vanilla, caramel, and Whiskey. Its delicious on its own but I added cream anyway. I'm still listening to Dead Tired and Soundbooth theatre is amazing. #teasky #booksky 🎧📚 ☕️🍵🫖 🪐📚 💙📚

Millions of Americans — especially seniors, small businesses, and rural communities — rely daily on USPS's affordable rates and universal service. Privatization would make the mail more expensive and less reliable — all to enrich the billionaire class. We cannot let it happen.

Numbers are in. We haven’t made enough in the last 30 days to pay rent… I understand spending is down but ooooof that does NOT change the shame/guilt I feel. “I should have been more prepared. I should have had a bigger cushion…” The economy is supposedly up but oh goodness is spending down.

Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of when we said goodbye to my Dad. I’m not sure it’s ever going to get easier… but I keep going because like I told my therapist today; I’m too damn stubborn to give up. And I mean that in so many ways. And I know Dad would be, no, he IS proud.
