That said, tell me why I got clocked by my new colleagues at work who straight up asked me if I cosplayed in my free time 😭😭😭 do I look like the type...

I've been trying to give myself the grace and patience to be bad at something (styling wigs, makeup) because it's inevitable in the process of becoming better, so cosplay has been a pretty good outlet for that. Fun times! When I can extend that grace to musical endeavors that's when I'll peak :^)

also I've been gymming lately so hopefully my ass will be fatter and I'll be hot enough to cosplay panty OR stocking!!!

020

Amamiya Rua ❣️🃏 @ruamamiya.bsky.social · 30/09/2025

anyway recently I've had a fire lit under my ass for reasons so...!!! I hope I can keep up this momentum and do my best moving forward. I hope Rua will be a bigger presence a year from now!

HELPPPP.... hot divas gotta stay incognito at their 9-5s 💅💅

Amamiya Rua ❣️🃏 @ruamamiya.bsky.social · 05/09/2025

at work I dress like a librarian (glasses, messy hair, ankle-length skirt) and when I go out I dress like a Discord kitten (miniskirt, contacts, skimpy top) so I'm not surprised... but she's got duality 👼

Amamiya Rua ❣️🃏 @ruamamiya.bsky.social · 05/09/2025

went to another streamer meetup today after work and someone was like "wow I really didn't recognise you for a second there, rua??" 😭😭 she's Clark Kent...???

so what Are your thoughts on coriander miss laxi......

Amamiya Rua ❣️🃏 @ruamamiya.bsky.social · 15/08/2025

like singing is one of those things I try to be nonchalant about that I actually really care for, so hearing my teacher clock my weaknesses and go "we can fix that don't worry" or say we can up the pace because my foundations are stable... like okay!! she's not a lost cause!!

010

Amamiya Rua ❣️🃏 @ruamamiya.bsky.social · 15/08/2025

anyway this is also a really random life update but I've been taking singing lessons lately..!!! and it's been really reassuring have someone qualified verify that yeah, you're not bad at all. years of imposter syndrome destroyed actually

okay hehe I just wanted to go on bluesky to yap a bit because I was in my own head. goodnight 💤

140

Amamiya Rua ❣️🃏 @ruamamiya.bsky.social · 14/08/2025

and idk!! maybe it's greedy of me, but I hope I can be that precious to someone; that ray of light or inspiration for someone, at the end of the day. i'm no comfort streamer and my sincerity never shows through enough, so all I can do is try to connect with people until the day I stop streaming!!

000

Amamiya Rua ❣️🃏 @ruamamiya.bsky.social · 14/08/2025

I don't think I'm really making sense but as much as some people see grieving graduations as being overdramatic, from a streamer POV its such a privilege!! to see such a sincere outpouring of love. to see that what you did as a silly anime character on the impact actually connected with people

120

Amamiya Rua ❣️🃏 @ruamamiya.bsky.social · 14/08/2025

late night thought but ah, it really is such a privilege to be loved so dearly by a community. to have people be sad when you graduate, to actually leave a lasting impact on people through good memories and positivity even as a persona... I think that's what makes vtubing so cool

The reference sheet looks done enough! Though if this post goes down and comes back up with minor touch ups just know that my indecisiveness won.

I like short skirts though!! I think there's something cute and girly about shorter skirts - I wear long skirts on work days so I like wearing short skirts on weekends!

Amamiya Rua ❣️🃏 @ruamamiya.bsky.social · 09/06/2025

this was yesterday LOL but I really liked the fit!!! but sometimes i lament being tallish because what was supposed to be a miniskirt became even shorter....... 🧎🏻‍♀️
