As fast as they fly, a pair of MiG-25RB Foxbat supersonic reconnaissance aircrafts could not outran lightnings. They flew right into a heavy storm, stayed on planned route just to get to a NATO base and take photos as fast as possible and come back before they run out of fuel. and Tumansky engines drink fuel like vodka.

They experienced some navagation difficulty, yes. But what they don't know, is that the storm sent them to, not just somewhere, but somewhen.
It is sometime after Mental Omega commenced, and almost everyone is now under late Yuri's One Mind vision by his Creation, Libra.

Now they are here, above somewhere above Western Europe at Mach 2.2 and slowing down before reheating again for photographs.
When they reach the target zone, they're surprised to see that they're not taking photos of a NATO base, but instead someone else. And they all look weird...

On the base, everyone get alerted of the incoming aircrafts. Gatling turrets and other anti-air assets should be able to rip them to shreds... if they're not flying at about 12,000 feet and at very high speed.
The base commander managed to look at the unknown aircrafts. The silholuettes reflecting in the middle of his pupils as he transmit his thoughts to another bigger base that have Dybbuk interceptors.
But no one know that they're looking at one of fastest aircraft of the Soviet Union... well, Soviets from another universe, to be precise.

The F/A-120 Darkeagle, also named Shadow Garuda is a joint American-Thai twin-seat, near transonic (with limited supersonic capability), twin-engine stealth attack aerospacecraft operated by USSF and RTSF, under the unified service of UNSF.

The Royal Thai Space Force has been performing flight tests of the Experimental Stealth Fighter-Attacker program (XSTFA Program), to provide Thailand with the most advanced stealth aircraft jointly developed with the United States; combining old and new aerial stealth technologies. The program was directly requested by King Rama XI after the disasterous event of "October Storm" in 2055, when Islamic terrorists and rogue mercenaries attacked northern Thailand with 5 nuclear devices, stolen from the US, Russia, France, China, and (allegedly provided by) Iran, prompting the Royal Thai Armed Forces to mobilize the entire nation to stop the attack, then establish military power in the Middle East, Far East, and Africa. With years of experiences on war against local terrorists in the south and elsewhere, Kingdom of Thailand would eventually emerge victorious, decimating almost all known terrorist organizations around the world. The whole world praised the brutality and effectiveness of Thai military. With the UN and nearly 30 countries helped Thailand recover in just 2 years since October Storm nuclear attacks.

After the successful tests, the project has been evolved into official designation: F/A-120. Nicknamed "Darkeagle". In Thai service it is called "Shadow Garuda" (เงาครุฑ).
Later modifications allow the craft to be operated in outer space, with addition of small RCS modules package, stronger airframe becoming standard for all models, and boosters and small force field for planetary entry and exit.
Ordnance bay is larger than the F-117, allowing some of the heavier and larger sized ordnances to be mounted. Such as GBU-28 bombs.

The Darkeagle is designed with ultimatility of stealth in mind, as well as protection measure if the fuction fails somehow. The airframe shape is similarly designed like F-117 Nighthawk, resembling sharp arrow shape.

During this test flight, XSTFA craft 752 is on it's way to perform high altitude targeting flight; armed with 2 legendary GBU-28 bunker buster bombs. But it then enter a heavy storm that suddenly appear. Few minutes later, it just disappeared. From radar and radio contact.

Little do everyone know, 752 has actually been mysteriously teleported to... the whole other world.
The first craft to make contact is Mahanakorn's CIAV drone. Both the pilots, the AI, and MHNK personnel are very confused. But surely, they both speak Thai. So talking should not be an issue.
They have a lot to ask...

...the infestation is hitting us harder and harder. I think this is a real deal now. Big one. More reports came in that if we don't destroy the source on this planet, the whole place would turn into a gigantic hive, hunting and infesting everyone and everything they lock their pupils on. So the air forces will try to search and destroy the source, hopefully with aerial ordnances. If it runs deep, it will be the ground forces' turn...

new art. this time, it's dark... and painful.

The dark part of the story, hints of how i become a robot. it's not so pretty and not quite "hollywood" crap feeling. it was painful. and yes, i lost my human body to this forced experiment. the first successful of total consciousness transfer from living human brain, to the specialized, purpose built set of prefrontal cores. smaller than FNIX one. and the transfer was painful. then FNIX proceeded to dissect my body, piece by piece, with only heart and eyes remain intact in preservative jars.

this is also a bit of venting, because my life has been in dark craps since new year. actually since 30-31 December last year, the most shittist transition of my life.
so year, the only little plus side is that what keep my mind going, is my desire to become the robot.

Customized, Experimental STG11 (HK G11) - Generation Zero i really like this gun, okay? big reading stuff in ALT

This is my favorite gun. As practical as it should get. Really, it should be given to special units like KSK or GSG 9 as specialized rifle for specialist.

This G11 is a custom built, customized, experimentalized version using captured FNIX tech and Swedish FOA's brightest mind.

(I forced them to do it for me, lol) ((joke, joke))
Installing electromagnetic accelerator around the lengthened, heavy barrel to boost the projectile's velocity even faster before leaving the barrel. 2 high-effiency batteries with control unit connected to make sure the device doesn't overcharge.
Mounted on the 1x powered scope is a good old iMatronic LS45 Laser Sight, if aiming down sight is not cool enough; just like 1980s action heroes or similar to a certain cybernetic organism from the future.
The gun use 4.73x33mm caseless ammunition. Resulting in a smaller ammo size for a long "stick" magazine, which came in 40 and 50 round capacity versions.

The trade-off for this experimental enhancement is that they have to remove the auto sear out of the gun, removing full automatic capability. Because sustained fire could overheat the device and break it, rendering it useless. Or could be worse for the shooter.

Heckler & Koch made the gun. You should know by now.

Sea of Fire fanart. freshly done. I tend to keep Serpent City in the middle as final region to attack before victory. As usual, story in alt.

The final assaults on the "supposedly" capital of Temple of Snakes, Serpent City, began with waves of arieal bombardment.

The cultists had been on the defensive foot since the invasion on their central island, to the point of using anything and everything they had. Including bacteriological and even nuclear missiles. But even that, New Hope Alliance's Anti-Ballistic Missile laser installations kept shot them down out of the sky.
To make matters worse, the Alliance attacked King Durnanor VII on his own home island due to his involvement of supplying the cultists with uranium from the quarries he owned, cutting off cultists' atomic supply line; thus limiting nuclear stockpiles to what they have at hands.

The defenses had been packed with tanks, SAM sites with radars, down to any able men who can run and shoot.
But Acolytes or probably even High Priests may even have druged children, age of 6-15, so much they're totally obedient to The Great Serpent. The god of the snakes. To stand up and fight for the cause.
The noticeable effects the medics observed on the children after the war were shiver, obedient, fixed dilated pupils, extreme aggressiveness, unable to sense pain. Some children got overdosed that they soon died, proving even further on how extreme this serpentine cult of war can get.

I wanted to do some stories, so here we go.

2 Stealth heavy bombers, along with 2 escorting Falcon IIs; all fully upgraded with radar jamming technologies. Are on route to destroy a newly discovered chemical facility. The facility is set in the middle of the desert, disguised as oil refinery.

The facility is rumored to be manufacturing new chemical that when turn into gas form, it will effectively make anyone affected reduce brain functions down to primal cannibalism. The motivation for making this chemical is unknown, but experts suspected that someone in Temple of Snakes seems to convince for some kind of tests and experimentations that;
If surviving populations does not join the cult, they will face horrible consequences. And that "horrible" part seems to be quite literal.

After more intelligence gathering, New Hope Alliance command decided to initiate airstrike mission to destroy the facility.
At first the mission was meant to start at night, but new information suddenly arrive that the chemical will be delivered out of the facility sooner than expected. So the command is forced to start the mission as daylight raid. Hence the full upgrades necessitating to counter enemy defensive attacks.

after i played an old tower defense Flash game The Commander's Sister, and the most powerful "tower" is Pluton missile, i wanted to draw a tactical ballistic missile. Annnnnnnnd... the result is: Mercury, with Leclerc launch platform. And oui, it carry 2 big sticks.

Due to the complicating tactics of encountering heavy assets, examples like Zerg Behemoth or Covenant frigate in atmosphere, French army decided to blow the dust on the Cold War tactics book on the usage of tactical ballistic missiles.
With Pluton far out of service, they had to design a whole new missile to fit the purpose. With the Admiralty aboard Terra authorized the proposal.
The result is Mercure (Mercury), the most advanced tactical missile ever developed. As well as being the first to be developed in space.

Mercure is capable of carrying up to 50 kiloton warhead, thermonuclear, cold fusion, or similar. But the most common load would be conventional high-explosive, single, large warhead or cluster sub-munition.
Cluster munitions can be about 5000 small bomblets or 2400 larger ones.

The range is significently longer than the Pluton, at approximately 354 kilometers (220 miles).
With speed at Mach 3.8, it could reach target faster than the predecessor.
But unlike the older tactical missiles, Mercure have inertial guidance systems, coupled with GPS, TERCOM, DSMAC, as well as assisting laser guidance if any operators are in area painting target to improve accuracy.

If successful, which it will, the UNSF will authorize the development of the spaceborne version of the missile, and be operated under French military branch of the fleet.

Sea of Fire are 2 RTS Flash game that people are probably forgotten by now. But I still play it, because I like it. Might lack a bit of story and background lores and trivias, it's still cool. So I added a bit of lil story in this one.

3 teams of motorcycle troopers, 3 motorbikes per team, are on missions to perform high-speed hit-and-run raids against isolated cultist infantry ransacking villages and merchant caravans. What they do is unimaginable, not to mention they would drug children on the spot and "convert" them to believe the teachings of the snake gods.

Motorcycle troopers are trained and specialised for high speed attacks, effective against infantry that don't have anti-tank weaponry. Riding alone wouldn't do much, so the doctrine dictate the troopers are to perform missions in group of 3-5 motorbikes to be effective. Being high speed, it could dodge most gunfire and missiles if lucky.
ATV and Motorcycle trooper, at first in the early war, were trained and built in different structures; Manufacturing Facility and Barracks, respectively. They're later reorganized to be made in Light Factory.

Light vehicles have 2 upgrades;
Light Armor for slightly increased protection
Laser Rangefinder to increase attack range

The heart of the "Full Spectrum Protection" concept i got out of my brain. It can be possible, but we need to get rid of political interferences and resources from outer space

It is literally shield generator on tank. With new resources and energy material from outer space sources, the science fiction ideas has become reality by mid-2060s.
Although most details are still sketchy in most parts, they're said that the device should work it's purpose: protect the host vehicle from threats.
If the shield fails, Active Protection Systems, like Iron Fist or Trophy, will be next line of defense. And armor will be the last.
This can become reality, with absolute absent of financial and political influences and interferences, and spaceborne resources.

A British Black Shuck battle walker, nicknamed Blood Mary, from Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, 21st Mechanized Infantry Division, 7th Armored Brigade. She's guarding an intersection behind the line. Megacorp warriors are fighting mercilessly and killing every resistance they encounter. Blood Mary is now giving them one hell of urban fireworks with 3 30mm M230 chain guns, 2 L60 plasma lancer prototypes, and Starstreak-MP launchers on the top. One Chorus Royal Guard survived an onslaught, with wreckage of combat hovercraft. An energy barrier projector is still active, so he activate it to protect Blood Mary. They will hold the line to delay the Megacorp long enough until reinforcement arrives.

FV1065 Black Shuck is the new battle walker prototype, the first ever of humanity to utilize bipedal mech for military actions. Armed with 30mm M230 chain gun, 4 Starstreak-MP missile tubes, and 4 hardpoints to mount any heavy weapons, from additional chain guns, rocket pods, to experimental plasma lancers. Rolls-Royce Jogger engine is powered by Helium-3 fuel, giving it extremely high horsepower to drive hydraulic legs with speed and power, and efficient enough to operate for hours on end, even longer with additional fuel tanks.

Details about this weapon is very scarce, and some documents salvaged from Scorpion-7 labs sound really... unbelieveable

They first found somekind of weapon in a crashed UFO, buried in Bellevue Golf Course, Washington. Then they reverse-engineered the weapon, creating Shadowstalker prototypes. But the Turned virus outbreak occured in Washington lab, effectively halting the development, and later beginning the pandamic by tainted Big J fastfood across the world.

The railgun fires explosive slug at blistering hypersonic speed, one round at a time.

Focus energy weapon series Game: Unturned. Curated map France

Project E-564, more commonly known as "Focus" rifle, was made by defense manufacturing and research company known as RULA. At the request of French military, to create the weapon to combat the Turned, the green-skinned zombies that are hording all over the world at the time of request, and most of Europe has been overrun by then.

Unfortunately, a group of terrorists, also wanted the weapon, but unable to do so, flooded the whole facility. Then they proceed to detonate a dirty bomb in Marseille Safezone, turning the whole city into irradiated deadzone. They seems to want to do anything and everything for "profit".

E-530 "Focus" Designated Marksman Rifle
The XE-530 project actually came up before XE-564, and initially closed down due to urgent need of the XE-564 project. But later turned out that the 530's hardwares does significently improve the 564's power parameters. More power and able to maintain consistency of the bolt, making 530 ideal for long range use, at the cost of charging rate; which deemed compensatable for certain roles.
Thus they reopened the project and redesignating into E-530 into "Focus" series of rifle.

The DMR's size is the testimony of high energy power and extended range. Using the same energy cell as the base rifle, it could fire 40 bolts before reloading. Slow charge means it could only fire semi-auto, as the role intended.

E-570 is the carbine variant of the "Focus" series of energy weapon. While it have the weakest power output per bolt, it is able to fire faster, as well as being extremely versatile due to small size, fitting the role of Personal Defense Weapon (PDW)

The approximate size could be compareable to MP7, P90, and other similar sized SMG or machine pistols.
Compactness and versatility compensate for lower power output, best suited for the roles of rear echelon troops, such as driver and vehicle crew, and special forces.

XE-564 "Focus". The very first variation of the rifle. As the first ever prototype, it is pretty much barebone testbed. With some "kinks" still needed to iron out.
RULA had to put so much efforts to refine and perfect the technology as fast as possible; possibly bypassing some safety protocol, the risk they're willing to take as France is being swarmed by the Turned.

okay, this one... well... it was my early moments when i saw a Vtuber Zentreya. after i watched her official VSHOJO lore video, i went... nuts. please note that this is my own wild imaginations for the aftermath of that video. fan fiction, if you will. i went wild, lol

During the UNSF brief 'visit' into this universe, they didn't expect to see the world so dead

to Terra. And they were in for a shock of their stay here. The entire surface is so dead.
And then, they show the visual of the machine city. Holograms, services, flying crafts, life-like
machines, you name it, roam lively in the city.

What made them even shocker, is that... there were no any signs of life. Last sign of life
just vanished few days ago. Confirmed it was human, died right under the city, along with
others. Precision LIDAR revealed what could only describe as genocide. Last remnant of humanity...
terminated.

Not want this to go on without reaction, Admiralty authorized Operation Final Light.
The one and only massive strategic bombing campaign of this universe.
6 bomber squadrons were to perform strategic saturation bomb runs, non-stop for 3 days,
with mixed ordnances of thermite plasma, EMP, and conventional munitions.

Today is the British turn of the operation, codenamed "Last Thunder" by Vice Star Marshall Sir Henry Bovington, Royal Aerospace Force. 3 squadrons take part of the attack on Melware's machine utopia, with cruise missiles.

Number 617 Squadron is the most noticeable, with daring history date back to 1943. Operation Chastie, with the squadron to raid hydroelectric dams, with 2 dams breached. Earning the squadron immortalized nickname "Dambusters"

The squadron's cruise missiles are armed with conventional high explosive and submunition warheads, aiming to destroy any buildings suspected to be power generators or any possible defenses. A British Black Shuck battle walker, nicknamed Blood Mary, from Queen's Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, 21st Mechanized Infantry Division, 7th Armored Brigade. FV1065 Black Shuck is the new battle walker prototype, the first ever of humanity to utilize bipedal mech for military actions. Armed with 30mm M230 chain gun, 4 Starstreak-MP missile tubes, and 4 hardpoints to mount any heavy weapons, from additional chain guns, rocket pods, to experimental plasma lancers. Chief master sergeant George-85 is one of sentient Mark 12s to join US Space Force and become spaceman. His combat record before becoming sentient is very impressive to say the least. His name is quite an interesting story; It was when he's reading a book for the first time, not downloading data from a library database. Then one of spaceman give him a book. It is Patton: Ordeal and Triumph. He read it thoroughly and became interested, thus he named himself George, in honor to George Smith Patton, Junior.

Now he's assigned to hold a street near an evacuation route. He arm himself with the old Browning M2 .50 caliber heavy machine gun. It is crewed stationary weapon, but he can handle it easily and can handle the recoil. He have 3 ammo backpacks worth of 900 rounds of high powered armor piercing incendiary ammunition. He also have a surviving young Royal Guard hiding in the building. Upon seeing a strange robot firing at the infected invaders, he rise up to assist him.

The M2 HMG actually have very interesting backstory: it actually was made in 1942, and saw combat in European theatre during the Second World War, Korean War, Vietnam War, up to Gulf War, even saw combat on Mars during the "Week of Madness", that a group of first colonists gone insane by some kind of hypnogenic drug experiments and affected the whole Mars colony, causing the UNSF to force to extreme method. Having fired thousands of rounds and maintained with care for generations, it's still combat capable and effective. On the top of the main body, there are words engraved on the gun. Tunisia, Italy, France, Germany, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, and Mars. After his first reload, sensing it as tradition, he engrave it one more place: Chorus. Then he resume firing.

n a distant but civilized planet, where the local authority requested for the presence of United Nations Space Force. With evidences indicating remnants of fanatic Megacorp terrorists have deployed the mutated strain of virus into wildlifes, causing outbreak to villages nearby.

Special forces has been deployed to search and destroy mission. To hunt down these forces and deploy recently hardened cure formula at ground zero.

Providing air cover is Demon 5, an AC-130S Haunter armed to the teeth with 2 40 mm Bofors cannons provided by Swedish Planetary Corps' from surplus meant for spare guns for Combat Vehicle 265s. 2 105 mm howitzers is the primary source of heavy firepower, with variety of ammunitions. Such as high explosive, white phosphorous smoke, as well as Excalibur II EGM (Enhanced Guided Munition) rounds for better precision.
AC-130S also have greater speed and range than the predecessor variants, thanks to new powerful turboprops with 8-blades contra-rotating propellers.
This gunship is also the first ever to see the return of tail gun. Good old M61A1 Vulcan is installed to protect the gunship from threats intercepting from the aft side. Can be radar guided and hand aimed, the tail gunner station is the opposite side of the main gunner. Despite all of these additional assets, the plane remain spacious, providing comfort of movement,

Faster, deadlier, scarier. Haunter could make sure that their boo would be enemy's last thing to hear.

A pair of stealth bombers are on mission to carpet bomb Temple of Snakes prime, dubbed "Serpentopia". Snake-worshippers SAMs and radar guided guns could not get a lock on the intruders, so they fire wildly into the night sky. Hoping to hit one or many of the bombers. The bombers drop cluster bombs on industrial part of the prime, attempting to slow down the cultists' war machine and resource production.

Stealth remain the best heavy bomber of the New Hope Alliance, albeit different airframe design this time. Following old blueprints they found in America wasteland, they could make a truly stealthy bomber to suffer the effectiveness of surface-to-air missiles that Temple of Snakes are widely fielded. The only ordnance it carry is 5 cluster bombs, making it the most effective on base structures. Stealth could also be applied with radar jamming upgrades from Air Command, further enhancing radar jamming capability; causing the SAMs to go haywire and explode harmlessly away.
