Without Question (2024) - (1/3) A Tessduin comic My answer to the question of where Tess Greymane was during the burning of Teldrassil. (Trigger warning: inferno/fire, blood, burns)

Years ago (WoD era)

A younger Anduin is reading in bed. There is a knocking at a curtained window. He picks up his cane and goes to check.

(TW blood)

Anduin throws open the curtain, with his cane raised, only to see Tess Greymane sat outside his window covered in snow. She waves sheepishly, her hand covered in blood.

It cuts to later with him tending to her injuries.

(TW blood)

Tess lays face down on his couch as he tends to her wounded arm.

Tess: I don't want to hear a word out of you about sneaking out.
Anduin: Would it hurt to try not getting shot next time?
Tess: If it's that much of a bother, I could always trouble another healer.
Anduin: If you want your father to hear how his only heir has been jumping headfirst into danger, then be my guest... but I don't recommend it.
Tess: Then you won't have any problem helping me out the next time I get caught!

Anduin grumbles as he uses the Light to heal her arm.

Tess: Ow
Anduin: Sorry...

Tess: But for what it's worth... thank you.
He smiles.
Anduin: You're welcome.

Years later.

Happy Neon Odyssey play test weekend! I drew Enzo and Talula a while back for this setting, but I think Kedari would be a motlien, maybe a tracer? Another scoundrel? I’m too indecisive.

Kedari as a pink motlien from Neon Odyssey, wearing a holographic leopard print dress and a huge glittery black feather boa.

The Diamond’s Gambit has a new preview! Progress is going slow because I gotta focus on my day job, but I thought it was time I revealed the work of Kedari’s voice actress; Lena de Jong @dawnglyph.bsky.social! She knocked it out of the park, I can’t wait to show you the finished film when it’s done!

My age verified discord account got flagged by the new AI system as a teen, so I had to reverify to prevent getting locked out (which thankfully worked). This same account is ten years old, I run my job out of and I discuss client contracts on. I don't think they're coming back from this one folks.

Now it's out, I can finally say that the very cool folks at Wild Blue Studios brought me in to do some graphics work for @avantris.bsky.social's latest merch drop! I did vectors/text treatments (with art done by amazing Ron Broyde and Lindsey Laney), the hat however is all my own letter work!

A collection of the items I worked on for Legends of Avantris' holiday merch drop:
The Stardust Rhapsody hoodie and the two t-shirts, the Cake Chad hat, and the Crooked Moon water bottle.

The text on the two hoodie sleeves reads:
Out among the stars
That's where you'll find me

The bottom text reads:

Vectors, Layouts and text treatments by Robyn Spanton (in collaboration with Wild Blue Studios)
