Check the product requirements for the bundle to make sure the product meets all of them. This error was likely because the product was included in one of the previous bundles mentioned there. We've now patched the issue that made it possible to select products that don't meet all the requirements.

Product requirements for games to be added to the bundle:

All products added to the bundle must meet the following requirements:

Category: Games OR Rule systems
Play requirements: d6 only
Format (digital/print): Digital
Cannot have been in: Free RPG Day 2026 Bundle OR GM-less Games Bundle

Product tiers that are usually free may not be added to this bundle.

And, finally, you can do a full import using a CSV file, which can include almost all the data about your product (as well as your files and images), save for some of the more intricate details. Check the documentation for the CSV format and available headers.

You can also import from DriveThruRPG with the same method, importing the product title, description, primary image and basic cost. While this certainly isn't everything, it will save you a lot of time with a larger catalogue.

You can import all your products from Itch. Since this uses a public RSS feed to fetch your product data, there is limited info available, but it's a big help to getting going more quickly on RPG Trader. The product info you can import from Itch is the title, subtitle, primary image and basic cost.

Bundle pricing tiers have all the same options as for products - free, pay-what-you-want, paid, maximum copies, multiple tiers, etc. For display and marketing, you can create a bundle cover image that is a mosaic of the products included in the bundle in a single click.

For collab bundles, you can invite any creators you like directly or with an open invite link, and optionally limit the total number of products each creator is allowed to add to the bundle. Bundle revenue share is easy to manage with flexible percentages and quick distribution options.
