As a gamer, im seriously considering leaving Bluesky... this place SUCKS & not in the good way. 😕 Came here to meet new gamer friends. Instead most interactions from others have been negative. You can have 100 positive replies but the 1 negative 1 will stay. Time to go back X then I guess?

Saw a post yesterday saying that Phantasy Star is the greatest 8bit JRPG. Better than the 8 bit Final Fantasys' and Dragon Quests. I must say its true. If youve not played it but played FF or DQ .......

The games that made me. There are many more tbh, but these ones really made an impression. Obviously Tales of Eternia is not the remastered version but the one on PSP. Made me a fan of the series 😆

This is so fucking typical... 1 person complains and its banned. Over 4600 people want the cat there yet the voice of that one sad 🤬 takes priority. Don't be that one 🤬 who complains!

So.... question to all #gamers When a game gets Remade/Remastered or re-released, does it generally make the proper original game almost worthless or more desirable/valuable? Or is it a case by case basis on the game itself??

Going to give the Phantasy Star IV retranslation and relocalisation a fresh signal boost. Worked on for the past seven years, It's my preferred way of playing PSIV, adding new content, even more emotional depth and character banter, and so much more good stuff.

At the moment im going through my old PS2 collection and revising older games that i either didn't really give any time at all because they didn't feel right, or ones that I really liked but never completed. Its up to you to work out which bracket those games fall under (Usually its obvious)

This is my system for finding memory card saves. Because I have about 300 ps2 games, remembering which card has what save on it COULD be a nightmare. Each card is numbered with a sticker. The card/s number is on a mini sticker inside each game box. 😁 #RetroGaming

I was playing this yesterday after Unlimited Saga. While its not a direct sequel to Legend of Legaia, it feels VERY similar. Its a shame that the world map is no longer explorable, now its just points on a map you select to enter the different locations. Weird for a sequel to go backwards.

So after playing #UnlimitedSaga for most of the evening its actually not as bad as i thought, but its still quite overly difficult. The thing that put me off the most was the board game like map which I dont mind too much now, then the roulette system, which is still tricky but it is what it is.
