It's an endless struggle

New video! youtu.be/9gUPjIQT9Fg I'm really happy with this one, I pushed the production value up a bit, and tried a bunch of new things. There's a few wonky things left in, but time to just ship it and learn rather than endlessly redo.

I built my own controller to play Smash Bros.

Gonna spread the word here since wolf doesn't have bluesky (yet). One of his big projects has been documenting older arcade cabinets across Australia! if you would like to help contribute checking out locations he has a google map & a discord. Chuck me or him a dm if you're interested in helping us!

Episode 4 has hit the timeline. Its cruis'n world! Never played any of the old cruis'n games before so this was an interesting find! Only had time to do one race so I don't have any strong opinions on it. Would like to give it another go sometime

I'm always flattered when budlust says I'm a pillar of the scene. But this weekend might have cemented that claim. 9th in dubs with @magicalthing.bsky.social There's too much to talk about but floating point this year was amazing. Love gaming and love all my friends

I'm constantly reminded that aus p+ is the best community in the country. The melee scene has turned into such a mess this year even overseas. I'm so tired of the non stop arguing and the war zone that is twitter right now. From Hax passing away to relationships going sour.

Bluesky letting me change my pfp without promoting me to make a new profile picture post. Life is good

It's been a while but y'all seem to like my arcade hunting adventures. So here's the third instalment! Crazy taxi!!! This was my first time playing the arcade version on a real cabinet. It was a lot of fun

Gecko cavern 7 was an amazing day. Thanks to everyone who came and especially to Rohan who dusted off his TOing skills just for me. I've decided that I'll be stepping down from TOing and going back to doing more minor things/helping out at events I attend. TOing is just too much for me to handle

America is cooked man. How do you vote for the guy where his whole thing was making America great again when he's doing the exact opposite. I just don't get it. Also thank god this app exists because none of the big dogs or their respective little henchmen are here to heckle me in the replies

Tonight I realised during another mental breakdown (that I've been having more of lately) that I might have been dealing with depression for longer than I thought. I also don't think I'm (mentally) built for being a TO either 1/2

I was just about to ask the gang if anyone wanted to play roa2 with me but I hear the Sydney servers are cooked now too. Guess I'm waiting until the devs fix all these before I jump back on
