Now I’m getting election texts about being a DJ outside of local polling places. This is bizarre on so many levels. Not the least of which is we have a lot of polling places. We don’t have the 3-4 hour lines. If I wait 5 minutes to vote, the polling place is PACKED!

Trying to coordinate a zoom meeting with someone who says they are in the PST time zone. Honestly wasn’t sure if they meant PST or PDT (which of course are NOT the same). I gave them my availability in Eastern Time and gave them the equivalent PDT and PST times so they could figure it out.

Listening to a podcast in my car and they were doing one of those “can you hear this sound” tests and I got concerned for a minute because I could only hear to about 12k hz, which is a huge drop off from the last time. Listened again on my computer speakers, and yeah I can hear up to 20k hz.

I do not understand movie theaters these days. I want to see a movie that just came out 5 days ago. It’s showing at Regal thru Thursday. No weekend shows or next week. I can see it on a premium screen at 7pm for $11.49 + $2 fee If I want a 6:30pm on a regular screen, it is $14.49 + $2 fee ???

O.M.F.G. My mom has a bad cold. My dad's brother is visiting from Colorado & gave her some medicine to take. Told her it will help w/any infections & has 0 side effects. I thought he had just given her some homeopathic shit (they are always on some fad diet or whatnot). He gave her IVERMECTIN!
