Never heard of him. Saving this.

Then what can we do about the bifurcation of fact based news and the alternative that directly led to the constitutional crisis we’re in? If we want to stop the political hemorrhaging then something needs to be done that holds conspiracy profiteers accountable from spreading mass misinformation.

I’ve never listened to that version before. I gave it a listen this morning but it didn’t do it for me.

While we’re on the remix topic- for years I looked for a remix of closer that would work better for DJ sets only to find out NIN made one 30 years ago. #theoverload www.youtube.com/watch?v=tp8t...

Ezra being Ezra. Tbf he is right. Unchecked lawfair is a scourge that needs to be rectified in many blue states.

Effective progressive politics are the reason why Colorado and Washington swung more left. That means putting progressive policies on the table, not ideologies.

Have democrats learned nothing from Mit Romney? If you want to get your message across you have to elevate and turn to your most effective communicators. We all know who they are and most of them are progressive. Read the fucking room DNC.

I fucking wish. They did such a great job remodeling only to have the worst name.

They’ve done this a bunch of times. On 1/31 they made an editorial labeled “the dumbest trade war in history,” slamming trump. Murdoch was literally in the White House that day to talk him out of it.

unfortunately half the country lives in mega fairy tales and lies and they have no idea what's actually happening. I don't know what is going to break, but something is going to break and it'll be bad.

*Maga is arrogant. Don’t lump the rest of us in with those loonies. We screamed about the dangers for years. At the pace he’s going, I don’t think he’s going to even get though his full term. If the economy tanks, it’s game over.

I’m so emotionally exhausted by all this bullshit. The levels of stupid are unreal.

Also, chino (the singer) is the unintentional master of polyphonic singing. Meaning he often sings in an independent melody or key from the rest of the music. It’s unusual technique that not many singers use as effectively as him.

Diamond eyes is the first with quicksand bassist after bassist Chi died (who was like the spiritual center of the band), white pony is their magnum opus, and Saturday night wrists is the last album with chi. Under appreciated and remarkably consistent.

Do it. It’s a massive mistake to group them with numetal, other than their hiphop influences, they’re closer to Seattle grunge than anything from that era. The best way to appreciate them properly is to listen to these three records in this order: Diamond Eyes, White Pony, Saturday Night Wrists.

Deftones - Minerva (Official Music Video) [HD Remaster]

Regardless of my previous statements, this of my favorite songs of all time. Great jumping off point if you’ve previously disregarded Deftones as another crap numetal band. youtu.be/mLa0-sQg1YM?...
