Feeds are where we could see new unfollowed content. You're right that blocklists could use better controls. Room for improvement. Interesting, thanks for the point of view. As a user, I like the feature more than not but would like the changes you bring up for recourse. Thank you!

I think the recourse would be someone trusted posting, "Hey, this list is insane and shouldn't include [X,Y,Z account] for reasons [A,B,C]." Maybe that person is you, to flag wrong calls. Taking your point that blocklists should be dynamic, to reflect when users are removed. Good update idea! 😅

Maybe there's an opportunity to reframe thinking. I don't want you to have to consume any content you don't want to, regardless of what it is. Others should get the same benefit of choice, right, even if we disagree with those choices? You can even choose to block me (but I hope you don't) 😅

Don't you think it's an elegant solution to put moderation tools into users' hands instead of platform moderators making all decisions for users? Community notes were a decent middle ground, but reactive. Don't you think it's positive users get to individually decide what we follow (and don't)?

Interesting numbers: of 415 followed Twitter accounts, 104 are on Bsky active-posting (25%), 59 on Bsky but not posting actively (24%), and 252 not yet on Bsky (61%). Making Gains!
