I wrote my first ever spark table! It’s to help you figure out a prompt for a mystery in rules light detective game:

d20 table. Categories: Relationship, Motive, Method, Location, Time.

Relationship results: Rivals, partners, mentor & student, ex/lovers, siblings, superior & subordinate, peers, old friends, parent & child, idolized & idolizer.

Motive results: Love, revenge, freedom, silence, greed, orders, safety, belief, thrill, status.

Method results: Medical, sharp, accident, environmental, firearm, device, bludgeon, deprivation, sabotage, by proxy.

Location: Residential, industrial, retail, exclusive, wilderness, abandoned, vehicle, office, aquatic, public utility.

Time: Midnight, 1:00 to 2:00 AM, 3:00 to 5:00 AM, 6:00 to 8:00 AM, 9:00 to 11:00 AM, Noon, 1:00 to 2:00 PM, 3:00 to 5:00 PM, 6:00 to 8:00 PM, 9:00 to 11:00 PM.

Had a great time playing Hunter: The Reckoning with my friends IRL yesterday! Great vacation so far

A battle mat creating a loose city map littered with dice, wet erase markers, and a few warhammer minis. The “hunter: the reckoning” core rulebook is on top. Three hunter character sheets and a relationship chart are also on the table.

Working on a ttrpg for a jam, had “Giocore” games defined to me because of that lol

And I quote, “Oh, Giocore is when you have like five core stats called like Fight and Stalk and Charm and each generates some type of resource and then they all interact with two other categories of build choice that are like a soft class system but then the meat of character creation is actually gear selection and it's all very finely machined and feels technical even though the words being used are mostly simple and descriptive. Footfall is weirdly not very Giocore. Hollow Halls is extremely Giocore. Your Star Wars dueling system is very Giocore. Drawing Blood has like a medium amount of . . . Giocity? Geocities? . . . Giocoreishness.

This went very well. Pulled two Dellian Fels, two Emeriti of Truce (Emeriti has got to be the plural of Emeritus), and my absolutely my next PEDH commander:

On this #selfpromosaturday, I wanted to show off a sneak peak of the new power set in the upcoming Footfall update! I’m really excited for this one. I’ve always loved the pure creative potential that comes with gravity fuckery #ttrpg

Rules and flavor text that reads as follows:

Base Power
Fetter Point - The stars are as stones in the river of skies, crunching beneath your heel.
You may spend an Action Point to cause a target creature or free standing object within 3 strides of your current location to begin falling toward another creature, object, or surface within 150 strides and line of sight as though it were the ground, as per the Gravity rules. You may choose whether or not the target continues to fall toward the normal ground as well. If you target yourself with this power, you may select a direction (up, down, left, right, forward, backward) instead of a creature, object, or surface. Entropy generated by this power cannot be cleared until the effect ends. You may end this effect at any time.
