Also, this is the reality of trying to take marketing images for a medication tracking app. I have so many pill organisers in my bag right now 🤪😂

I’m really excited to announce the release of Menu Box, Alex Hay’s last app. Designed to provide beautiful custom menus for use in your advanced Shortcuts. Menu Items are fully customisable, with custom icons, as well as additional data fields.

A composite of screenshots from an iPhone, MacBook Pro and iPad Pro on them showing the Menu Box app open.

Having a great trip to Portland, visiting some friends and getting a gorgeous tattoo, and visiting Powell’s Books! Also, a little trip to the zoo was definitely needed!!

So, it looks like Shortcuts has a new UI!

Turns out, Apple does know what purple is! They’re just not good at purple metal…

Is this feature for iOS updates new? “Install once downloaded”

I’m on a little trip to Edinburgh and the airport had a very helpful sign!

Orange sign with white text reading: Welcome to Edinburgh.&10;Remember to pick up your luggage.&10;With our weather, it's always best to be prepared.

Life hack of the day: Type your image alt text into the captions field in photos, then you get autocorrect, and you can copy it every time! Now to magic up a shortcut to share the images with the caption as alt text automatically. Bonus: search is even easier 🤓

Text reads: "A short story about decisions 🙂"&10;There is a picture of an open doorway with snow outside and a single pawprint in the snow.

Oh deer! These are platoni deer, which is a subspecies of fallow deer.

Dear IKEA, I would like to notify you that a crucial element—levitation, was missing from the package for this unit. Rosemary Note: I put the unit on its side and assembled it that way instead, making sure to place something in the holes all the way around. It worked but it was a huge faff!

Step 4 of the IKEA assembly instructions showing an upside down unit with the top on the floor, and 4 legs sticking up. There is a shelf being installed between the legs offset by ~25 cm from the top of the work bench. There is nothing holding the shelf up in the picture.
