From what I remember there definitely weren't many Asians at my elementary school. I think there was only ever one or two other Asian kids in any of my classes. Ignorance-based racism was definitely something I had to figure out how to navigate by myself.

I have been told it's ADHD awareness month. I was not aware of this. I faintly remember perhaps being aware of it last year, but I must've forgotten it in the interim. This is likely due to the ADHD. Perhaps we should have an awareness month for ADHD awareness month.
