speaker is fully charged!! seems the issue is the power strip!

Rosa 💕✨ @rosaandrachel.swifties.social · 04/10/2026

2ds charge is currently stable. this means nothing, i was able to get it stable. the real tell will be if my speaker's charge issue has been fixed. i'll find out in the morning.

bad news: it's not the cable. good news: it's… probably not the charge port either. while fretting over the fact that it's not the cable, i suddenly realized that all four usb ports on my power strip have been having issues. went and grabbed a couple of adapter blocks, as the outlets have been fine.

i think the *only* reason i'm entertaining the idea of it being the charge port is the fact that i've completely dismantled this thing for repairs a couple times already ngl i've accessed the motherboard before, and i'll do it again

Rosa 💕✨ @rosaandrachel.swifties.social · 03/10/2026

probably a skill that isn't a bad idea to learn anyway ngl, but i really don't want it to come to that because that's gonna be a MUCH harder fix. but again. it's probably the cable.

sooooo the issue that prompted me to replace my 2ds battery...... wasn't caused by the battery. (there were still issues there, but not this one.) logically it's probably just the charge cable, but my anxiety is wondering of it's the charge port. and if it is.... i get to learn how to solder!

Also glad to have a high quality version of Hearty Time, because when I watched the episode I was wondering if they layered in some subtle instruments even though the song is supposed to be a cappella - they did not, it's just a beatboxer!

I'm not used to listening to the short version of It Won't Be Long lol the outro keeps throwing me off I usually listen to the longer version

Rosa 💕✨ @rosaandrachel.swifties.social · 26/09/2026

also it's the short version of It Won't Be Long which is probably be more upset about if they didn't give us the full version of We're Having A Party Party, which was a 10 second gag
