Karl Development Group LLC & Kevin Youssian the manager refuse to change the front door locks. Multiple tenants who were evicted still break into my house at 1309 W 38th St,Los Angeles,CA,90062. The Southwest Station LAPD knows the front door & gate code & come in whenever they are bored it seems.

Anyone who knows Baseball. Knows the Los Angeles Dodgers have to fire their hitting coach this off season this is a got damn embarrassment literally the Atlanta Braves are doing the exact same thing they did during the season when the swept the Dodgers. Hitting Coach changed nothing.

I know that my landlord Kevin Youssian of Karl Development Group LLC was committing fraud for awhile some residents got arrested & placed in jail & Kevin continued to list them in their apartments & would collect their Section 8 voucher until it got canceled, usually for years. @abc7.bsky.social

Putting on about 20-40lbs in the next 2 weeks. I broke my neck about 1 and a half months ago from a seizure, my body pretty much ate itself to repair it. Most people would probably be maimed for life after a lot of seizure injuries. I am quite lucky my body and brain heal so incredibly fast.

My neighbors got scared they would get in trouble for stealing stuff from room. All the small stuff is definitely gone, but none of them wanted to get caught with my trash can. I have to much documentation that shows it. And after I reported everything they got scared. So they left it outside.

Even if the jobs did fire me real quick after they found out I had Genetic Epilepsy, there was always a chance they would keep me on because I am a great worker and fast learner and they would end up paying a higher insurance cost for it. But now I don't even get that chance.

Want to know why so many Inside Safe Tenants end up back homeless in Los Angeles. I 100% guarantee it's negligence or complicity from MAGA landlords & homeless organizations to allow meth dealers to live rent free in permanent housing for the evictions they produce. 1 dealer rusts an entire house.

4 months after having the back of my head fractured by Daisha Pierce.
